About Kelly Condon

<sub>Kelly works as the Client Experience Manager who strives to provide a five-star experience to anyone she works with. She is a powerhouse with a wide set of skills allowing her to identify, analyze, and strategize the needs of all clients, customers, and agents she interacts with at Pickard Real Estate Group.  

Kelly has a varied background in real estate, business operations, accounting, and marketing. Her positive and laid-back demeanor allows her to remain open-minded and calm in order to take a proactive approach to drive better decisions and results.

Born and raised in Colorado, Kelly has always had a passion for exploring the outdoors and can usually be found on the lake, golfing, or just soaking in the sun. Her favorite time is spent with her family, friends, and her sweet miniature dachshund, Romo.

Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Design Management from Arizona State University where she graduated with honors.</sub>
