_{Montana Meador is an East Texas native, who brings a professional and approachable attitude to the Pickard Real Estate Group. His interest in real estate began at an early age, where he worked alongside his parents updating and remodeling homes. This familiarity gives Montana the ability to identify potential within a property and help his clients transform a fixer-upper into a dream home.}  

 _{A natural leader with drive and talent, he was an accomplished high school quarterback from Lindale, Texas, recruited to play college football at the University of North Texas. Montana is a team player who exhibits strong communication skills, endless energy, and a solution-driven approach to help clients navigate real estate transactions.} 

_{Montana later graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing degree while simultaneously gaining real estate experience with Drake Real Estate and Investments as a marketing strategist. Before diving into real estate full time, Montana ran a successful residential service business, Texas Hydroblast.} 

_{Combining these significant opportunities with Montana’s entrepreneurial spirit sharpened his marketing, management, and customer service skills that make him a valuable resource to his clients today.}  

_{In his free time, Montana can often be found hunting, fishing, and golfing. He is also a family man at heart, who loves spending time with his wife Rylie Pickard, daughter Monroe, and their golden retriever, Shiner. His appreciation for building lasting relationships led Montana to join the Pickard Real Estate Group alongside his family.}
